Alpenrose Dairy can process both Conventional and Organic milk items at our facility.  All products are rBST free and are currently SQF Level 2 Certified under the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), USDA Organic Certified under Oregon Tilth, and Kosher Certified (KVH) through the Rabbinical Counsel of New England.

• Fluid Milk Products available in half-pints, pints, quarts, half-gallons, gallons, bags, milk cases or corrugated boxes.
• Cultured Products:
  • Butter is available in solid pounds.  Inquire about the options..
  • Buttermilk is available in pints, quarts, half-gallons, bags and totes.
  • Sour Cream (Natural and Thick) is available in half-pints, pints, 24 oz., 5 lb. containers, 32 lb. pails and totes
  • Cottage Cheese (4%, 1.5% low-fat and non-fat) is available in pints and 24 oz.
• Ice Cream Mix and Custards available in half-gallon and 2.5 gallon bags.
